Pretty Shady Parasols Parasol Shade and Cushions (herein referred to as PSP) Terms and conditions (as of 31/10/20 and subject to change) are as follows:
Payment
Payment is in AED and includes all taxes. Credit Card payment is required before delivery. Goods remain the property of PSP until full payment has been received.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
Delivery
We offer Free delivery within The Emirate of Dubai only and according to our next available date. It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements when ordering to make sure that the products can be delivered to the room and location required to avoid problems and delays at time of delivery. Delivery to ground floor locations only. If goods have to be redelivered (for any reason) then there will be a re-delivery charge of 100AED to be settled prior to redelivery.
Installation
PSP will install your parasol if requested.
Exchange or Refunds
PSP’s garden parasols, once dispatched, cannot be exchanged or refunded. Exchanges and refund requests on other items will be considered.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arranged and confirmed delivery.
Product Specifications
Customers accept that there may be slight colour variations between fabric batches and finishing colours swatches. Some fabric colours will mellow and fade with age and exposure to sunlight. All dimensions specified on PSP’s website are approximate and we reserve the right to alter the specification of products in accordance with our commitment to quality and continuous improvement without prior notice. Photographs are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match the product itself. The fabrics we use are made for outdoor. However, they are for decorative purposes only.
PSP takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes, deviations or omissions to any information given.
Care
Care of the fabric of the parasols the responsibility of the customer. PSP strongly advises that all of our products are cared for according to the instructions provided on our website within the FAQ section and in hard copy at the time of delivery. PSP cannot be held responsible for any damage to our products. Due to the nature of the exclusive fabric used and to ensure that you (the customer) will enjoy its colour and quality we recommend that you (the customer) close the parasol and place the protective sleeve (provided by PSP with each parasol purchased) over the item after each use and this is the responsibility of the customer.

Law
The Emirate of Dubai, UAE, is our domicile. Goods are sold subject to the Laws of the The Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Emirate of Dubai, UAE. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
