Shipping policy
We ship only within The Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
Shipping and delivery will be arranged to take place on a date and time that is mutually convenient to both you (the customer) and us Pretty Shady Parasols.
Parasols and other items cannot be picked up by you (the customer).
Parasols once dispatched cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If we attempt to deliver a parasol and you (the customer) are not there to receive it as has been arranged and agreed between you (the customer) and Pretty Shady Parasols then re-delivery can be arranged at a cost to you (the customer) of 100 AED payable upon delivery.
